Since its inception, the Festival has always aimed to blend harmoniously into the city of Essaouira, highlighting the authenticity and exceptional charm of this city. In all, more than 20 emblematic locations in the medina have been used as stages for the concerts: the Marché aux grains, the Sqala, the Zaouia, picturesque riads and open-air spaces.
